In 1980, Lance and Ria Dickson founded Dickson Real Estate in Brackenfell with a clear purpose: to serve the property owners of Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs with honesty, expertise, and genuine care. More than four decades later, that founding vision is still at the heart of everything we do.
Under the continued guidance of the Dickson family, the company has grown into one of the oldest and most established real estate agencies in the Northern Suburbs — a team of dedicated property professionals covering sales, rentals, property management, and
construction and maintenance under one roof.
Our familiar slogan, “Eiendom is Rykdom” (Property is Wealth), has guided our approach since the beginning. We believe that property ownership is one of the most powerful tools available to South Africans for building long-term financial security. Our job is to help you make the most of it, whether you’re selling, letting, investing, or simply looking for honest, professional advice.
